Since 2017, Hahn Homes has specialized in crafting homes customized to our clients' vision in Northeast Ohio.
Our story
We built our first homes with our own hands. Every one since gets the same care.
Strong client relationships and a commitment to quality are what set us apart. Founder Keenan Hahn learned the industry from the ground up. For many years he framed, roofed, trimmed, and painted every home he built.
Today Hahn Homes builds across Northeast Ohio: signature plans and a furnished model at Willow Run at Norton, fully custom waterfront homes at Wingfoot Estates, and custom homes on our clients' own land, each one guided by the same five-stage process and backed by a 10-year structural warranty.
The Hahn Homes process
The Five C's.
As you build with Hahn Homes, you'll go through five main stages: Concept, Contract, Coordination, Construction, and Completion.

Concept
We begin by listening. During this phase, we learn about your lifestyle, needs, budget, and vision. Together, we design a plan that fits you, right to the last detail.
- 02
Contract
Once the design and specifications are finalized, we provide clear pricing and put pen to paper. At this point we have a clear map of what lies ahead.
- 03
Coordination
Selections, schedules, and permits: our team manages every moving part. We guide you through the details and keep everything organized and on track.
- 04
Construction
Watch your dream home take shape before your eyes. Keep up with our online portal and site visits with your dedicated Project Manager.
- 05
Completion
Your home is complete and it is time to move in! This doesn't mean good-bye. Hahn Homes will still be there to ensure a seamless transition into your new home.
