Your client gets a dedicated project manager and an online portal that tracks progress. You can follow the build right along with them.
A furnished model home you can walk through, eight house plans with floor plans and info sheets, and published homesite pricing.
Permits, approvals, selections, and scheduling are ours to manage. You bring the client; we take it from there.
